Objectives
The objectives of APPLES are to:
- Assess the energy needs and priorities of poor communities.
- Identify best-practices and other energy service delivery models that can meet these energy needs.
- Strengthen the implementation of the South African Government’s energy access policies, in particular the Integrated energy Centre policy.
